Four-strong field in Feilden Stakes at Newmarket

A small but select field of four will bid to follow in the hoofprints of subsequent Derby and Arc hero Golden Horn by capturing the 1stsecuritysolutions.co.uk Feilden Stakes at Newmarket on Tuesday.
Having won the nine-furlong Listed prize for the first time with the son of Cape Cross 12 months ago, trainer John Gosden will rely on first-time-out Wolverhampton maiden winner Tathqeef to give him back-to-back wins.
There will be an element of Group One form on show in the race with both the Hugo Palmer-trained Mengli Khan, who was last seen finishing seventh in the Racing Post Trophy, and Richard Hannon's Ventura Storm, who last contested the Prix Jean-Luc Lagardere, set to make their seasonal returns.
First-season trainer Owen Burrows will be represented by course maiden winner Mustajeer, while the field was to be completed by the William Knight-trained Southdown Lad but he has been declared a non runner.
