The globe-trotting Toormore heads a field of seven declared for the bet365 Mile at Sandown on Friday.
The Godolphin-owned five-year-old, trained by Richard Hannon, won the Lennox Stakes at Glorious Goodwood last summer after which his last four runs were all abroad - in France (twice), Turkey and Hong Kong.
Toormore was a Group One winner as a two-year-old as was Belardo, who made a successful start to 2016 when picking up the Doncaster Mile.
Like Toormore, Belardo carries the Godolphin colours as does his Roger Varian stablemate Barchan.
Dutch Connection, runner-up to Toormore at Goodwood, has been re-routed to the Esher course by his trainer Charlie Hills after being a late withdrawal from the Earl Of Sefton Stakes at Newmarket last week.
William Haggas runs Adaay, winner of two Group Two races last term, Haydock's Sandy Lane Stakes and the Hungerford at Newbury.
David Simcock's Breton Rock and the Richard Fahey-trained Gabrial make up the seven.
