Queen Blossom and Glamorous Approach, first and fourth in the Group Three Park Express Stakes at the Curragh last month, clash again in the Listed Irish Stallion Farms European Breeders Fund Salsabil Stakes at Navan on Sunday.
Queen Blossom has changed ownership since springing that 16-1 surprise and Fran Berry will now sport the famous Team Valor silks aboard the daughter of Jeremy.
Trainer Patrick Prendergast said: " I'm happy with her, the ground won't worry her and I hope she runs a good race for her new owners."
He added: "She's entered in the Blue Wind (at Naas next month) and the Irish Oaks, but we'll see how she fares on Sunday first.
"I said after she won at the Curragh that I'd probably never run her over a mile again, so we're looking forward to seeing how she gets on over a mile and a quarter in this."
Queen Blossom now has a rating of 107, which leave her 9lb clear of her aforementioned opponent, Glamorous Approach.
Jim Bolger's charge is not to be taken lightly, though, as she was a Listed winner over this trip at two. She is viewed as a potential Oaks type by Bolger, with the Musidora and Blue Wind Stakes also possibilities on her itinerary.
Emergent is the only one of the six participants to have run at Navan before. She scored her on her sole start to date, in a mile maiden back in October.
Aidan O'Brien runners complete the field. Best In The World will have Ryan Moore aboard, Kind Of Magic is set to be partnered by Seamie Heffernan and Pretty Perfect will have the assistance of Colm O'Donoghue in the saddle.
